• Answer 1 - The international student policies are underwritten by The Insurance Company of the State of Pennsylvania, a subsidiary of American International Group, Inc. (AIG).  AIG is an A.M. Best A++ Rated company.   The domestic plans are underwritten by either AI Life or National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, PA,  both of which are subsidiaries of AIG and carry the same A++ A.M. Best rating.  An A++ rating is one of the the highest ratings in the industry.

• Answer 2 - We cut down our administrative costs and passed the saving onto the students.  Please dont be alarmed or concerned by the inexpensive rates.  These plans are valid and underwritten by the largest insurance company in the United States (AIG).

• Answer 3 - Provided that the necessary forms and information is submitted, the normal turnaround time to pay a claim is 15 days.

• Answer 5 - Your insurance will be effective the day AFTER payment is received.   If you need to enroll in the plan but do not need it to be effective yet, you simply enter the date you would like the plan to start.
